Refund policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

This policy covers consulting engagements with Future Automations Ystems for application analytics related to automation program analytics. The website does not sell physical products or offer automated digital downloads.

Eligibility

Fees paid against a signed proposal may be refunded in part or in full when work has not started, or when we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control. Once discovery workshops or document delivery have begun, refunds are assessed against unused scope only.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests must be sent in writing to hello@futureautomationsystems.digital within 14 days of the invoice payment date, or within 7 days of a documented delivery milestone if the concern relates to that milestone.

Full and partial refunds

  • Full refund: available if we have not commenced scheduled work and no reserved workshop dates have been consumed.
  • Partial refund: available for unused remaining cycles of Program Ops Cadence, or for undelivered modules cancelled by mutual agreement. Completed baselines, scorecards, throughput maps, and delivered catalogues are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Completed deliverables, consumed workshop days, third-party fees we paid on your behalf with prior approval, and deposits that reserved scarce calendar slots within 5 business days of the session are non-refundable unless we fail to attend.

Process

Email the invoice number, engagement name, and reason. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and issue a decision within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds typically appear within 10–15 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a workshop with at least 5 business days’ notice at no charge (subject to availability). Shorter notice may forfeit the deposit for that session. Cancelling an entire engagement follows the eligibility rules above.

Deposits, no-shows, and work already started

Deposits secure dates. No-shows without 24 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit for that session. If work has already started — document review, programme sampling, or draft delivery — fees for completed portions remain due.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under Hong Kong law are not limited by this policy. If a proposal states different commercial terms for a specific engagement, those terms prevail for that engagement.
